Ok... The DVD burner on my computer's done and brokeded. So I took it to get fixed, which is taking longer than I thought so I finally went and got it back while the parts are on order since FedEx lost the first shipment. While they were checking it out they said that it was running a little slow for all the capabilities that it has. I guess keeping all your crap updated still doesn't do the trick? From what I understood them to say is that they could fix it by wiping it clean and making it like new again. I know I can do that myself, but I don't know if I really wanna do that, but I guess the best thing to do is make sure I have everything I want saved, including my Norton and spyware stuff, and do it? How do I know if what I save isn't part of the problem and I won't just stick it right back on there?

I wish I knew more about how all this stuff worked. Maybe I should just take it back and say "fix me!" O_o
